(Deuxième épisode et dernier épisode) Le lundi 13 septembre 1993, il fait orage à Perpignan. A la Cité ensoleillée, un quartier populaire en banlieue de la ville, les enfants jouent sur un tourniquet en ferraille. C’est le cas de Karine. Il est 18h et c’est la dernière fois que quelqu’un la voit. La jeune fille de huit ans a disparu et le suspect numéro un est un certain Patrick Tissier, déjà condamné à trente ans de prison pour viols et meurtres.
