She uses somatic work and breathwork and has helped lots of women to heal, find self love, release old traumas and manifest all their desires in life. Really! Ana has lived in 12 countries, and has traveled many more, mostly learning about healing traditions. At the moment she lives in Finland, but travels every winter to Mexico, following her roots and her instinct, she is a sun chaser. In the Healing Path Ana wants to share with you all her experiences, learnings, stories, knowledge about yoga and interviews with experts. She wants to share with you different tools and inspiration you need to create a better self and a better life.
