2024: Ep 16: Doing it scared, even when perception feel like reality

In this throw back compliation, we dig into how taking a leap of faith and doing it scared, has helped Krys and Tina acheive their goals of being business owners, wives, and mothers, even when the scars of our trauma are still healing.  

The featured local business for May is FG Electric.  Jean Florea and her family opened their own electric company to help create a legacy for their own family.  Jean also created WorkHers Untied to empower, educate and encourage wowen in the trades and to give them a voice.  She is paving the way for wowen to give women a seat at the table and be a safe place for them.  Her mission is to revive the trade industry with women and forge the path for them to be seen as equals through pay and respect in the industry.
