Vanessa was one of the UK's most well known Prison Governors. During her time as governor, she was involved with some of the most high profile prisoners such as Myra Hindley, Rose West and many more.

In this episode we learn about the private journey she undertook in life to get to where she is today. We talk about prison reform, sentencing problems in the judiciary system and the struggles Vanessa witnessed with colleagues having to deal with the world's most high profile murderers.
