218. Called to Lead, Not to Worry - Why Anxiety Derails Christian Leadership and God's Plan

Worry is a common struggle for Christian women in leadership—but Scripture makes it clear that anxiety is not a neutral habit. In this episode, we explore why worry is a deterrent to becoming the leader God is calling you to be. Using Matthew 6:25–34, we examine Jesus’ teaching on worry, trust, and kingdom focus, and how anxiety quietly undermines clarity, confidence, and intentional leadership.
