# 27. Baba Dez - LOVE WINS!

I managed to catch the fabulous Baba Dez for an intimate chat, as he was visiting Cape Town in February this year. I was interested in hearing his reflections on my personal enquiry about protecting the Dharma from phoney teachers, or trust that the Dharma can protect itself - it's the Dharma after all !  His response is very simple and on point and from here he expands on the structure of his love-child :ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) that he founded in 1985 and that has now grown into a world wide organism (not an organisation !) that counts over 60 faculty teachers and has a trainings every week in almost every country of the World. Being in the presence of this 66yrs old man always fills me with incredible peace, deep acceptance and the willingness to stretch my ability to Love. Especially when it's challenging. Although he is often criticised and judged, I am always humbled by his capacity to not respond with anger and resentment. To the contrary: he still loves relentlessly... even the ones that judge him! I bow. Low. And learn important lessons from this deeply-charismatic-sexy-wise-elder. Over and over. And here comes his mantra : " Make sure your sex, your money and your power are always serving Love. Stay aware, present and absolutely out of control !
