28. (Nathalie Ribeiro) Learning To Love Her Darkness + how YOU can accept yourself, too

from Get A Grip with Kendall Reusing · host Kendall Reusing

Today, I sit with the brand new IBJJF GI WORLD CHAMPION (although, no stranger to the top of the world's most prestigious podiums in jiu jitsu), Nathalie Ribeiro. Nathalie is one of bjj's most well known and loved competitors, not only for who she is on the mats, but for what she intimately shares with us off of it. In this episode, Nathalie generously opens up about how this year's internal transformation changed her life, and ultimately led to finally conquering a new level of success at the Worlds in June. You can expect to be inspired around: - embodying and believing in your worthiness,- building new mindset (and jiu jitsu) habits quickly,- using people around you as feedback loops,- accepting your darkest, "ugliest" parts,- turning acceptance into an automatic practice, and so much more. I can't thank Nathalie enough for sharing herself so vulnerably and inspirationally with us in this interview. It was also my first ever in-home interview in my new space! Such a treat. I know y'all are going to love this one. ❤️ Follow Nathalie here: https://www.instagram.com/tatawribeiro?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw== All of my discounts / links / JJA waitlist to work inside my mentorship program (which re-launches next week, btw 👀) / camps / seminars etc: https://linktr.ee/kendallreusing Don't forget to please share / like / subscribe / rate / comment whateverrrr you know the drill lol if you enjoyed the show.
