Although investing money back into the business makes sense at the beginning of your journey, eventually paying yourself a consistent salary allows you to leverage growing your personal wealth. So, if nothing else, start paying yourself consistently – even if it’s $100 a month – put it on autopay!Erinn drops all the gold when she shares her five financial goals for women biz owners – (1) Work towards eliminating any debt. (2) Determine a savings goal and start saving! (3) Decide how you want to invest for your retirement – and then do it! (4) Be generous! Wealthy women will change their communities and the world! (5) Lastly, think about any lifestyle upgrades that make sense for YOU – maybe it’s hiring a housekeeper or traveling more. It’s totally up to YOU!Unsure where to start?
