Sterling's Mires “The AOM System: Manifestation Mastery in 30 Days” is a proven method, now available in a book. The Self-Improvement and Self-Help Market is a 12-billion-dollar-a-year industry. In 2016, Americans spent 446 billion dollars on medications for a variety of anxiety, depression, and PTS symptoms. In 2021, it is expected that American's will break all previous records. “Many of us have read a variety of manifestation books,” says author, Sterling Mire, of "The AOM System: How to Master the Manifestation Process in 30 Days" (Jan 1st, 2021). “So, we know the formula. Basically, you clarify what you want, ask the universe for assistance, take action, bring up your vibration, be positive and practice nonresistance. And yet for most, this formula has not manifested what they truly desire in life: be it a good job, romance, or even peace of mind.” Sterling has proven, with great success, that if individuals can source their creations from a pace of love and courage, versus from fear, the average American will not only realize the fruition of their dreams but also experience great peace and satisfaction. Ultimately, people need to clear the past to invent a new future. The first of many celebrated personalities, an encounter with actor Gary Oldman took her search for results to a new level. Over the last few years, Sterling has developed a dedicated following after creating The Art of Manifestation (AOM) program with four steps from releasing our past, deciding what role the universe plays in our manifestations, to action plans for 12-Month and Daily creations. She then gathered a test group, and for twelve months they applied this system to their lives. Everyone experienced enormous changes-the success rate was a 90-95% completion rate-and for most, it was the realization of life-long ambitions. After using her system to generate a successful musical career starting as the opening act for a major-label band on their European tour, Sterling returned home to find people clamoring for instruction in her AOM system. This led to her officially making it available to the general public. Years later she continues to work with clients from around the world helping them realize their life dreams “as a manifestation specialist.”  The go to guru of Hollywood joins our show to discuss your new ways of 2021, plus we talk about New Year goals.

This Impact Studios production is a collaboration with the Governor family, UTS Faculty of Law and Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research. The Last Outlaws teamKatherine Biber - UTS Law Professor and Chief InvestigatorAunty Loretta Parsley - Great-granddaughter of Jimmy Governor and the Governor Family Historian Leroy Parsons - Governor descendant, Narrator and Co-WriterKaitlyn Sawrey - Host, Writer and Senior ProducerFrank Lopez - Writer, Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
