One of the greatest parts about being a physical therapist is meeting people from different walks of life. PJ was one of the first clients I ever worked with and someone who had a profound impact on the person I am today.

We chatted about his successful career in Wall St. and his transition to coaching lacrosse along with the lessons that he has learned a long the way.  We took a dive into building culture, successful habits, and more.
