This is what works for me, all you need is a pen and paper. My routine is about 15-20 minutes, Pick a topic or word you want to forgive and write it down for about 5 minutes, what ever comes to your mind write it down, then write down what you love about the topic or word, now through it out, and then meditate for 5 minutes, what ever comes to your mind, Forgive it and let it go, and you will find INNER PEACE.
