Hey all you basketball players out there. How much film do you watch? If you want to be truly confident in your game, you need to study the game. So today, I am going to share 3 things that you can focus on as you watch game film.

As you continue to build your own basketball confidence, you want to learn how you’re playing, what you are doing well and what you can improve on and film study is the best way to learn. There is a reason that professionals and coaches are always studying film and referring to it in interviews. I could talk about film and how you can use it for hours, but today I am going to share just 3 of the things you can focus on for improving your game and your confidence.
