Sara McMann is the first American woman to win a silver medal in wrestling at the Athens Olympics in 2004. She is also a UFC fighter in the Bantamweight division, a perennial top 5 contender in her division. Chad Bingham is a black belt from Alliance Jiu Jitsu, and has medalled or won at multiple prominent tournaments over the years. Together we talk about how they met, moving to Sacramento to fight under Urijah Faber’s Team Alpha Male, the differences between wrestling and jiu jitsu, and getting ready for high level competition.
