Česko-slovenský snímek Pod parou má být remake slavného dánského filmu Chlast. Až na to, že se neodehrává v Kodani, ale Mikulově, nejsou tu hlavními postavami čtyři učitelé kolem padesátky, ale učitelky kolem třicítky, a noví autoři nepochopili pointu původního filmu. Dokonce stále v oficiálních materiálech tvrdí, že vtip ohledně toho, že lidé se rodí s deficitem půl promile alkoholu v krvi, je „vědecká teorie“. Tím série nešťastných omylů ale jen začíná. Nová verze je tak prázdná a nesmyslná, až nás donutila podívat se znovu na originál.
