It's getting hard to think positive because we got so used of feeling in a certain way, that we actually don't know how to get out the down spiral. We may suffer from a break-up, loss of a loved one, losing our job or just moving somewhere else. Sometimes we don't even know why we feel down, but all these insecurities and fears come up. We think life is against us. In the last couple of years I've been moving around a lot and was always feeling quite emotional when I transformed to a new environment, even if I didn't know why. I learned a lot of ways how I can adapt and overcome my insecurities, frustrations and fears with the new situation. In this episode I will talk about how you can overcome negative situations by sharing 5 tools and strategies with you. Come back into your full power and start creating the life you desire.
