Das Leben könnte wirklich ein Zuckerschlecken sein – du triffst Entscheidungen, handelst straight danach, sagst, was du willst, oder nicht willst und fertig ist die Laube, wenn... Ja wenn das kleine Wörtchen wenn nicht schon ankündigen würde, dass es doch etwas gibt, was uns das Leben manchmal ganz schön versauern kann. Ich spreche von Gefühlen. Nicht genug, dass sich die emotionalen Befindlichkeiten deines Umfeldes manchmal, wie ein Spießroutenlauf anfühlen können. Oft genug struggeln wir mit unseren eigenen Gefühlen. Entweder sind sie unerträglich und du tust alles, um sie an der nächsten Ecke loszuwerden (Aussetzen an ner Autobahnraststätte wäre doch mal was Feines) oder sie übermannen dich und reißen dich und deinen gesamten inneren Frieden weg, wie ein Tsunami, aus dem es kein Entkommen gibt. So oder so ist beides kein effektiver Weg um diese Gefühle langfristig “loszuwerden”.
