Because of the world’s definition of success, our standard of measuring success is off. As a result of this skewed since of productivity, we can fall out of love with the things God has called us to do. You can see how this puts the world in danger if we fall out of love with our calling to be and build disciples. It’s why people are looking for something else from God, because they haven’t been successful in this area, thus there must be something else. Truth is, there is nothing else. So, stop trying to sprint, settle in, realize it’s a marathon, put one foot in front of the other, and just keep sowing!
