41. It’s ok to say no to more growth

I realised recently that I’ve been living my life like it’s a job in which I have no rights and no benefits. Always saying yes to every growth opportunity - even when I don’t have mental, physical or emotional capacity for more. Life isn’t a job, an obligation and a game of endurance that you get an A for if you struggle hard enough. We get to be happy, joyful, safe, and to know when we’ve reached a limit and choose not to engage with more spiritual work, personal growth, and life up-leveling. We get to coast. Why? Because it’s our life and we decide what’s good enough for our souls - especially if we believe that we are loved unconditionally and there are no prizes in heaven for A+ performers.BUT this goes against everything I’ve been taught and raised in! So, let’s talk it out.
