With 2022 coming to a close, I wanted to take some time to reflect on how my 2022 shaped me into who I am today. 2022 wasn’t an easy year for me- I’ve had a lot of medical issues that have impacted other areas of my life and a lot of other stressors. But there’s a lot I’ve learned along the way, and in this episode, I share some of my lessons with you all. I hope you tune in and enjoy!!!!!!
