44: Ending the year on a positive note

I started to reflect on my yesteryears and saw the pattern of where I failed and where I succeeded when it comes to new years resolutions. A light bulb went on in my head as I put two and two together, the times where I did not follow through with my goals were when it was thoughtless, silly, non-life changing and, materialistic goals, which was fun to list but without an action plan it was just there taking space. Let's journal together, today I share all my journal prompts for a successful New Year! 2022 watch out, we are on a roll! This year my goal is to empower myself and my community which consists of all of you - beautiful souls. Each month we will tackle a topic and hopefully, we will have a positive mindset by the end of the year. I hope that you have gained some insight from this episode.
