HRCoffee una soluzione tutta italiana, che crea soluzioni innovative che soddisfano le esigenze dei lavoratori, mettendo una particolare attenzione al benessere del lavoratore stesso, per semplificarne i processi lavorativi e un’attenzione al work Life balance. Ma di tutto questo è di molto altro. Oggi ne parliamo insieme a uno dei suoi founder, Davide De Palma. HRCoffee ha tratto ispirazione per il suo nome da un'immagine quotidiana e italiana: la colazione del mattino con una tazza di caffè. Questa scelta è emersa in seguito all'incrocio delle tesi di laurea dei due fondatori, creando un parallelo tra il caffè come attivatore dei sensi e l'obiettivo del software di attivare e velocizzare i processi, provenendo dal basso. La startup, fondata insieme al supporto di Dario e del gruppo Exprivia, ha associato il caffè a concetti chiave come l'attivazione dei processi e lo sviluppo della "people strategy", incarnata in un documento che delinei la strategia organizzativa. L'idea riflette la visione di HRCoffee sulla trasformazione delle organizzazioni, enfatizzando il luogo unico e stimolante che queste dovrebbero rappresentare per le persone che le compongono.per più info www.softwareitaliani.com
