Being upside-down is an excellent practice that will shift your perspective on your life. Beginner Yoga Class - Inversions are beneficial to us physically, energetically, mentally and spiritually! Primarily, they help shift our (blocked) perceptions on life. Beginners-  can learn the basic poses and gain the confidence in their practice to shift to trying new classes. Adepts- can use simplicity to refine their practice to a deeper level of experience. Tip- Take your time preparing the body and your shoulders. Use your breath to help engage your core, and bring extra stability to your inversion.  (NB:- never practice if you are pregnant, have injuries, high blood pressure or medical conditions that may be problematic with inversions. Always ask your doctor first!) Namaste. (This is a class suitable for all yogis. New to yoga? please take care!)
