53. How to heal yourself spiritually?

from Chandresh B. presents The Leela Show

What is spiritual healing? Is there a way in tantra to cultivate self healing? In this episode, Chandresh shares his insight on cultivating self-healing on the level of mind, body, and soul. To understand healing, one needs to go through the hidden, dormant layers in one's psyche and become available to all the energy within them. He recommends his friends, Sahara Rose (Highest Self podcast) and Sarah Anne Stewart (Awesome Inside Out podcast), to understand healing on the level of physical body. Here are the meditation steps that Chandresh recommends to cultivate inner healing on a daily basis: 1. Set up an altar with fresh flowers. 2. Wear newly washed set of clothing before you sit. Even wearing minimal clothing is helpful. 3. Do the conscious breathing. 4. Set up the intention to cultivate self-healing everyday in every way. 5. Do the mantra Soham Namaha focusing on your navel. 6. Let go of the mantra and let the awareness move wherever the healing is needed. 7. Keep asking to go to the root of your healing. 8. End the meditation by touching your third eye, throat, and navel. or wherever you feel a certain heaviness. Do leave us a review and tag @cbmeditates on your insta story.
