55【反思】培养每周检视的习惯-叶武滨说时间管理

一周的任何一天做周检视都行，但是建议选在：周一、周五或者周日。周检视不仅是对过去一周的反思，还要对未来一周进行计划。在做周检视时要关注到的版块：1、日历2、清单系统3、清空收件箱当大家越来越熟练之后，那我建议在做检视的时候，还可以去看看自己一年的梦想板，以及自己人生的五万米高空。
