As well as Motherhood many of you are attempting to running a business, or career, stay fit and healthy while raising the next generation and being responsible for their health, manners, mental health, relationships, lessons - It's a BIG job. It is my intention that the tips I share in this podcast will have you feel more centred and grounded in your overall life, but particularly your Motherhood as many of us take on roles outside of our family in creating a legacy and contributing to the world outside of the family unit.
