Eleanor Hatherley is the self-published author of the book Hello Happy!: A Teenager's Guide to Creating Positive Mental Health Eleanor worked originally as an editor and graphic designer. She then became very interested in psychology and personal development and attended lots of courses and read many books on the subject. She qualified as an EFT therapist around ten years ago. When her daughter was 12, they came across lots of teenagers who were really struggling to be happy. She wanted to help them by writing a short piece to circulate via her daughter’s social media. But her ’short piece’ soon turned into a book.
