60. Connection with Self

It can seem a little bit awkward when we think about the idea of connecting with "self." It might seem like the last person I want to connect with in my struggles is the very person that’s in the middle of the struggle. But learning how to stop and stay within myself and not exit my "self" in the midst of trials and struggles is critical to staying in a healthy space in recovery.
