Dr. Karen Osburn is a chiropractor, and as a way to enhance her business she started a blog.  When she found that the posts where she was the most vulnerable and discussed parenting, were the most popular, she decided to let the blog take on it's a life of it's own.  Now not only is she a blogger over at Mom at 41, she has started a podcast too under the same name.     She's learning to balance mommyhood, an office and staff, and an online persona.
