Her name is Randy Thomas, and although you might not know her name, chances are you have heard her voice.As the tenth-time announcer of The Academy Awards, and twentieth-time announcer of the Tony awards, Thomas has been winning accolades and opening doors for female voice artists for over 20 years in addition to her vast experience as a radio personality in New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, & Miami.It’s safe to say that my love for broadcasting and voiceover work has been deeply influenced by listening to Randy’s voice on television as a college student.
