The idea of working in construction didn’t really appeal to her but she was encouraged to attend a focus group by an officer. During the session, Siyanda discovered the wealth of roles offered by Kier and reached out to them when she moved to open prison which led to her securing employment with them.She is now their 'senior D&I project coordinator' and says attending that focus group was the best thing she ever did. Episode Description

Siyanda first came across Kier while in prison. The idea of working in construction didn’t really appeal to her but she was encouraged to attend a focus group by an officer.
