Ele também alerta que a Meta não tem permissão para coletar ou raspar dados do Twitter para construir as redes do Threads. O advogado diz que o Twitter pretende ir atrás de seus direitos sobre propriedades intelectuais e poderá procurar medidas legais sem notificar a Meta antecipadamente. Entre as acusações, o advogado diz que a Meta contratou dezenas de ex-funcionários do Twitter que tinham e continuam tendo acesso a segredos comerciais e informações confidenciais.
