Trip is an Ironman, ultramarathoner, podcast host, public speaker, and owns a construction consultation company!Trip struggled with addiction/alcohol for several years after college. In 2020, he took a hard look in the mirror and decided this wasn’t the life he wanted to live. Empowered by his faith, he became sober and made some major life changes along the way. 15 months after deciding to turn his life around, he completed an Ironman.Trip now speaks publicly at high schools around the country, hoping to inspire and save the younger generation from making the same mistakes he did.
