Exercise is truly one of the things I love most in the world, but I recognize that this isn't the case for everybody, including some of my past selves. There are so many ideas about exercise, often pushed by popular culture, that are not only fundamentally untrue, but are also harmful to our relationships with our bodies and exercise.
