If you like running go run, if you’re a biker go bike, if you just like to walk and throw on a podcast DO IT!! Swimming, flag football, basketball, there is actually so many different ways to do cardio than just the treadmill or elliptical or stair master Or even sign up for a 5k, 10k make the cardio work towards something Get some friends to some sign up with you! 𝘞𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘏𝘈𝘝𝘌 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘦… Some days I’ll do the stair master, some days I’ll run outside, some days I’ll swim, some days I’ll bike, I make it fun and interesting!
