The first edition of the NOAA Complete Underwater Diving Manual was released in 1977. It was developed to provide NOAA divers with the necessary fundamentals for safe and efficient diving. The manual has seventeen sections along with four appendices. Learn more about some of the interesting aspects of the manual now in its sixth edition.
