Inspirations on Wax Brandon Short In 1997, I began a Gospel Mixtape series called "The Shorty B Gospel Show". This mixtape series contained the latest and greatest in Urban Gospel Music, expertly mixed by myself, DJ Shorty B. In 1999, I began a Mixtape Series called "Inspirations on Wax". Inspirations on Wax contained classic and cutting edge Gospel and Inspirational House and Dance Music. The Name Inspirations on Wax came when I was stationed in Germany in the late 90s. I was playing one of my Gospel House Mixes in the maintenance shop I worked in, and one of my Soldiers said "Mann, this mix is pretty Inspirational". Since I was using vinyl Records (wax) to make the mixes, the series name "Inspirations on Wax" was born. The Inspirations on Wax Mixtape Series, as well as the Shorty B Gospel Show were the soundtrack to many church picnics, Gospel aerobics sessions, and Gospel skate parties. Both of these series were well received all throughout my military travels around the world. This podcast is a revival of the "Shor Come Follow Me | Podcast Come Follow Me | Podcast A review the Book of Mormon lessons as outlined in the church manual. In this podcast, we will examine these lessons and point out the differences between what the Book of Mormon teaches vs the Mormon doctrine vs what the Bible teaches. We will be following the schedule as laid out by the church and release a video every week, two weeks in advance. The lesson outlines are pretty general, so the manual recommends that Sunday School Teachers and families use additional resources like: Church Magazines (New Era, Ensign, and Liahona); Hymns; Media library (Artwork, videos); Seminary and Institute Manuals; General Conference addresses; Gospel Topic Essays; Preach My Gospel (guide for missionaries). It will be up to you to determine if the doctrine taught by the Book of Mormon are the same as what the doctrine of the church teach.
