About Brandon Rothrock

Brandon Rothrock is the Founder & CEO of B-Lean Fitness. In September of 2018, he started his online health & fitness company where they served individuals from all walks of life that desired improving their health and physical shape. Over the years, they've transformed hundreds of individuals through their "high touch" 1-1 virtual coaching service.

However, over the years, he noticed that one of their best success stories was from a client that happened to be an OTR truck driver. This is where the initial idea of helping truck drivers began. Fast forward to October of 2023, he and his team decided to go all-in with tailoring their online coaching program specifically toward truck drivers that desired achieving lasting weight loss. This is where their program Road Warrior Wellness was born (for both men and women).

Their mission as a company is to lower the obesity rate in the trucking industry via flexible and adaptable weight loss methods. "Lose weight, your way" is their mantra. In trucking, everyday looks different which puts constraints on truck drivers schedules. In order for them to have a high probability of sustaining their weight loss habits, then to an extent, they need to have it their way! That's exactly what they teach their drivers how to do inside Road Warrior Wellness.
