Holly Mann is a yoga teacher, writer, and mother living in the beautiful box canyon of Telluride, Colorado. In 2018, she left a career as a professor of political theory at University of North Carolina to move out West with her family. She has been a writer, educator, consultant, and yoga instructor for fifteen years.
