The HSE has said there has been a significant increase in STI rates since Covid-19 restrictions were lifted chlamydia and gonorrhoea seeing the most notable rise. Dr. Derval Igoe, Specialist in Public Health Medicine at the Health Protection Surveillance Centre spoke to Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
