House prices in Ireland have been soaring by unsustainably high rates of around 14% year on year. But are we set to see that slowing down? The latest survey from MyHome.ie suggests that Rising interest rates, affordability concerns and overall economic inflation may be set to temper sky-rocketing demand. Conall MacCoille who is the author of the MyHome Property Price Report joined Joe on the show this morning.
