John Panagoko Is a very experienced lender. In theory, his group can never run out of money to lend due to how they are insured. John got into real estate first as a controller of a property management company. He then created his own property management company and has managed over 60,000 units. John now owns Trust Mortgage, which is a FHA insured lending company. This means that Jennie Mae's can be issued to backup the mortgage, and in theory, can't run out of money to lend out. Calvin Newton's first step into real estate was when he bought his first house at 26 and rehabbed the property. He started to flip houses as he realized he could make a pretty good living. After that, he became addicted to the real estate industry. Calvin has worked with John for several years now because he's the best he knows who does everything properly to satisfy HUD.
