Actividades físicas en el momento de la cuarentena. Keeping fit and healthy is very important during the quarantine, because it can help you to stay strong against germs or viruses. What activities do you do at the moment Ellie? I like to have a routine for every day of the week. Each day I do different exercises for my legs, arms and stomach. That’s cool. I like to have a routine for every day of the week too! Why do you exercise? I exercise because it makes me feel good and keeps me fit and healthy, especially when we are inside all day. Yes it’s hard to be inside all day when the weather is good like today. The children can go outside now! I exercise too. Why do you exercise Jacob? I exercise to be stronger than before, and it helps me to feel less stressed. It’s great! I love it, but you also play video games Jacob don’t you? Yes I do. Video games keep the mind healthy. A lot of our listeners play video games. Really! Yes I think so. For me, it’s important to balance my activities equally. This is a great time to do a lot of cool things. Like what?
