A disciple of Jesus is someone who devotes himself/herself to being with Jesus, being with His people, becoming like Him, and doing as He did. Spirit-empowered boldness comes through knowing Jesus intimately and being with Him. Jesus invites us to come be with Him, become like Him, and do what He did for His glory and the expansion of His Kingdom. You can’t know it all. You can’t do everything. You can’t fix everyone’s problems. You won’t have all the right answers or be perfect. But you can know Jesus intimately, and His invitation is to be with Him and watch what He, through the Spirit, does in and through you!
