"ADHD & Autisme – Vejen Gennem Ungdommen" er en podcast for unge, og deres pårørende, hvor vi åbent, ærligt og med masser af praktiske råd taler om livet med ADHD og autisme. Vi tager dig med på en rejse gennem ungdomsårene – en tid fyldt med alt fra udfordringer i skolen og i venskaber til de store spørgsmål om kærlighed, selvværd, medicin og mental sundhed. Bag mikrofonerne sidder Alvin Sareen, 20 år og mentor for børn og unge med ADHD og autisme, og hans far Manu Sareen, forfatter og podcastvært, som selv fik stillet sin diagnose i voksenlivet.Her får du to generationers perspektiver på at vokse op med en neurodivergent hjerne: Alvin står midt i ungdommens vilde tid med studier, job og sociale udfordringer, mens Manu ser tilbage på sine egne erfaringer – både som far og som én, der selv har fundet sin vej sent i livet. Undervejs taler vi også med eksperter og andre gæster, ligesom vi svarer på spørgsmål fra jer lyttere i vores lytterbrevkasse.Selvom podcasten først og fremmest er rettet mod unge, er den også et rum for forældre, pårørende og professionelle, der gerne vil forstå, hvordan det er at være ung og leve med en diagnose.
