It has helped me get  through many moments on this journey. The motto is “Sperat Infestes”, it  is a Latin motto meaning “in times of adversity live in hope, and in  times of prosperity live in fear”. As an entrepreneur things will never  be the same. You will have really really good months, and then you will  have really really bad months. And if you tie your emotions to the  rollercoaster that is entrepreneurship, it is not going to be a fun  ride. But if you remember Sperat Infestes it will help you. When you are  going through a challenging period just remember and hope that you will  get through it and you will surpass that challenge. Then when you are  prospering remember that the next challenging wave of business will be  around the corner. So enjoy the prospering periods but save and plan for  the challenging months that will eventually come. If you do this when  the challenging times come, you will be able to limit the actual effect  on you.
