Alejandra Berlari y el fallo contra Farmacity

Farmacity no podrá operar en la Provincia. La Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación emitió ayer un fallo que prohíbe el desembarco de la empresa farmacéutica en territorio bonaerense. Lo hizo al respaldar la constitucionalidad de la ley que regula la actividad en la Provincia, que la firma cuestionó ante los tribunales. Dicha norma prohíbe que una farmacia sea propiedad de una sociedad anónima. Alejandra Berlari, presidenta del Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Tandil, aseguró que este fallo pone fin a una lucha de más de una década.
