My guest this month is NHSSCA Hall of Famer Richard Lansky. Rich is the owner of RCL Sports Performance Services, INC. He is also a USAW international coach, and instructor. Coach Lansky is currently the strength and conditioning coach at Manatee High School in Bradenton Florida. He is also the coach for Florida Gulf Coast Weightlifting. He was a 2022 NHSSCA Hall of Fame Inductee. He has won multiple coach of the year awards through various organizations such as Special Olympics, NSCA, and the NHSSCA.
