ambush on air: Summit Recap - AI, Big Booth Experiences, and Gen Z

Me again with another episode full of food for thought! Jacob Pepper and I just had a great chat about the Dynamic Communities Summit! We gathered with around 6000 people in the Microsoft channel last week to talk about all things BizApps in San Antonio. Not only did we love the riverwalk area, seeing our partners/friends, and meeting new customers - we also loved 3 big things that stood out to us. AI was everywhere, driving tons of sessions and conversations. We also saw a huge influx of Gen Z attendees, bringing fresh energy to the conference. The booth setups were bigger and more engaging than ever, and it’s clear that marketing needs to evolve to meet changing customer demands.
