Ancestral Connection: A Pathway to Healing and Magic for You and Your Family, Past and Present

from Liberating Mind, Body and Spirit Podcast · host Dr. Kristine Miranda

For some, ancestral connection is a familiar familial, cultural and spiritual practice, and for others there may be a sense of complete disconnection from your lineage. Wherever you find yourself, know that its never too late and its always possible to deepen your connection with your ancestors. To say its life changing would be an understatement. Exploration of your ancestral lineage provides an opportunity to connect to your larger family, to get to know and learn from your wise elders, as well as learn about the gifts, burdens, and history of your people. Each lineage brings with it its own medicine and magic and whether or not you realize it, it comes through you too.  Under colonization, family and community structures fractured, Non Western cultural and spiritual traditions were denigrated, and the earth, non human kin and unseen realms suffered; however, its your ancestral relations and connnections that can serve as a pathway to reclamation, remembering and liberation.  Its in facing ancestral and generational trauma can we find personal healing, as well as provide healing for all of those in our lineage. A better world is possible and within reach. With the backing of our ancestors and our ongoing collaboration together, we can rebuild family, creating community, and find our way back to one another again as human beings.   ********* If you want to catch the latest from me on upcoming teachings, events and offerings, visit www.kristinemiranda.com and sign up to my email list or follow me on my new Instagram account @dr.kristinemiranda Sending you much love and appreciation.
