Get 20% off with code SMARTMONEY at Cozy Earth.   Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🥃 Smoked Rosemary Negroni Sour Recipe from: Join Jules 1 ounce gin 1 ounce sweet vermouth 1 ounce Campari 1/2 ounce rosemary syrup 1/2 ounce lemon juice  1 egg white Splash of orange juice   Instructions: Using a lighter, light the tips of a fresh rosemary sprig until it begins to smoke. Flip your coupe glass upside down over the smoking sprig and let sit while you mix your cocktail. In a cocktail shaker, add gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, syrup, lemon juice, a splash of orange juice and egg white. Dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into the smoked glass.
